Dr Charles Bestwick

I am SEFARI Gateway's director, the Gateway is the knowledge exchange and impact hub for SEFARI. I have also been a SEFARI Advisor working across research themes and knowledge exchange systems to support our impact agenda.

I am a Principal Investigator at the Rowett Institute, University of Aberdeen and hold an Honorary (Visiting) Professorship at Robert Gordon University. My research interests include the identification of human health benefits from consumption of crops and wild edible plant species.
